Pak je ve vod\u011b asi p\u011bt minut va\u0159\u00edme a sced\u00edme. \u010c\u00e1st s\u00e1dla rozp\u00e1l\u00edme v\u00a0hrnce a na n\u011bm lehce osmahneme kroupy. Pak dolijeme vodou, osol\u00edme a kroupy uva\u0159\u00edme dom\u011bkka. Mezit\u00edm na zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm s\u00e1dle zp\u011bn\u00edme cibuli, p\u0159id\u00e1me houby a km\u00edn a asi p\u011bt minut dus\u00edme. Dus\u00edme nejd\u0159\u00edve ve vlastn\u00ed \u0161\u0165\u00e1v\u011b, pak p\u0159ilijeme trochu zeleninov\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru, osol\u00edme. Jakmile jsou houby m\u011bkk\u00e9, p\u0159id\u00e1me kysanou smetanu sm\u00edchanou s\u00a0moukou. Je\u0161t\u011b kr\u00e1tce pova\u0159\u00edme. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s\u00a0houskou osma\u017eenou na m\u00e1sle nebo s\u00a0noky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doba p\u0159\u00edpravy:<\/strong> 25 minut<\/p>\n<h2>Houbov\u00fd gul\u00e1\u0161<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>300 g<\/strong><strong> hub, 1 cibule, 6 paprik, 5 raj\u010dat, hladk\u00e1 mouka, gul\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, km\u00edn a hov\u011bz\u00ed v\u00fdvar (m\u016f\u017eeme pou\u017e\u00edt masox)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cibulku nakr\u00e1j\u00edme nadrobno a osmahneme dozlatova na oleji. Nakonec zahust\u00edme l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed hladk\u00e9 mouky rozm\u00edchan\u00e9 ve vod\u011b nebo tmavou j\u00ed\u0161kou a chvilku pova\u0159\u00edme. Na p\u00e1nev d\u00e1me zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00e1slo, rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozest\u0159eme du\u0161en\u00e9 houby, zalijeme rozkvedlan\u00fdmi vejci s ml\u00e9kem, sol\u00ed a omeletu prope\u010deme.
